NEW APPOINTMENT: EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR FINANCIAL INTELLIGENCE AUTHORITY.

The Hon. Minister of State for General Duties - Mr. Henry Musasizi, on the 29th August, 2023, presided over the handover of office by Mr. Sydney Asubo - former Executive Director at the Financial Intelligence Authority, to the new Executive Director, Mr. Samuel Were Wandera.

Mr. Musasizi thanked the Management of the Financial Intelligence Authority for the smooth handover and asked the new Executive Director to expedite the process of getting Uganda off the grey list.

Mr. Asubo is now the Advisor, Uganda Anti-Money Laundering/Combating the Financing of Terrorism National Task Force.
